- Key Personnel / Organization Chart: Resumes of the Senior Personnel
- Financial Standing: Audited Accounts, Access to Bonds/Guarantees, Cash Position, Overdraft Facilities
- Human Resources: Number of Visas, Number of Operatives, Nationalities, Labour Accommodation
- List of Plant, Equipment, Facilities (Capacity & Capability): Machinery, Tools, Warehouses, Storage, Production Facilities
- Sub-letting: Supply-chain proposed to be used
- QA/QC Procedures: Plans, ISO (or other recognised) Accreditations
- HSE Procedures and Plans: HSE Policy, awareness and approach to LEED/GSAS Certification
- Company Registrations & Memberships: Evidence of memberships with relevant local and international Trade Organisations
- Relationship with CCC: Previous (and current) Projects successfully undertaken
- Familiarity with Projects: Familiarity with scope of work, drawings, specifications, terms and conditions
