The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced the launch of a new complaint submission service through its mobile application, available on iPhone and Android devices, under the name "MOCIQATAR." This aims to facilitate the complaint submission process, improve service quality, and ensure the effective meeting of user needs.

This initiative is designed to streamline the complaint submission process, enhance service quality, increase satisfaction among citizens and residents, and ensure that user needs are met efficiently.

The application allows users to report complaints related to prices, sales, products or services, misleading advertisements, and information. Additionally, it handles complaints concerning bills, payment methods, licensing, compliance, health and safety, public order, as well as complaints about exploitation, misuse, and other violations that consumers may encounter.

Through the launch of this new service, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry aims to ensure consumer protection by facilitating faster submission of complaints. This allows the relevant departments within the ministry to address these issues promptly, ensuring users receive the necessary assistance.
