H.E. Minister of State for Foreign Trade Meets with Maryland Secretary of Commerce

H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, met today, Sunday, 4 October 2026, with H.E. Harry Coker, Jr., Secretary of Commerce for the State of Maryland, United States of America, who is currently visiting the country.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed trade and investment relations and discussed ways to expand cooperation, foster promising partnerships between the business communities of Qatar and Maryland, and encourage mutual investment, particularly in areas of common interest. The discussions also explored opportunities to support bilateral trade and advance mutually beneficial economic partnerships.
