H.E. Minister of State for Foreign Trade Meets with French Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness

H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, met with H.E. Nicolas Forissier, France’s Minister Delegate for Foreign Trade and Economic Attractiveness.

During the meeting, the two sides reviewed trade and investment cooperation between the State of Qatar and the French Republic and explored opportunities to strengthen constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation between Qatari and French investors and companies. They also discussed ways to encourage mutual investment, support bilateral trade, advance shared interests, and expand the prospects for the promising partnership between the two friendly countries.

The two sides also discussed current developments in the region and the challenges they pose to the global economy and international trade. Both sides emphasized the importance of ensuring the resilience and sustainability of global supply chains to support the stability of international trade.
