Saleh Abdulla Al-Mana

Mr. Saleh Abdullah Al Mana currently serves as Assistant Undersecretary for Commercial Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where he oversees a number of strategic portfolios, particularly trade policy, business regulation, and intellectual property rights.

He previously served as Director of the International Cooperation and Trade Agreements Department, as well as Director of the Trade Development and Investment Promotion Department at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. He also represented the State of Qatar at a number of international organisations in Geneva, serving as Head of the Office of the State of Qatar to the World Trade Organization (WTO) and other economic organisations. During this period, he was also appointed Deputy Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the WTO.

Mr. Al Mana holds a bachelor’s degree in International Politics from the School of Foreign Service at Georgetown University in Qatar, as well as an Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) from the University of Geneva in Switzerland.
