Saleh Majid Al-Khulaifi

Mr. Saleh Majid Al-Khulaifi currently serves as Assistant Undersecretary for Industrial Affairs and Business Development at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, where he contributes to advancing industrial development and entrepreneurship, attracting foreign direct investment, and supporting business growth. He also contributed to the development of the Qatar National Manufacturing Strategy.

He previously held several positions across the public and private sectors, including Executive Director of Business Intelligence and Localization at Qatar Development Bank (QDB), where he oversaw the Jahiz industrial initiative and supported the development of business opportunities. He also led a number of initiatives aimed at enhancing services provided to businesses, streamlining procedures, and facilitating business establishment and operations.

Mr. Al-Khulaifi holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Technology Entrepreneurship from University College London (UCL), as well as a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon University.
