The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with WHSmith Company, has announced the recall of Destination Travel Adaptors model of 2017 because they do not conform with the product’s specification.
 
The ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that product dealers follow up on defects and repairs.
 
The ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to ensure that the measures have been carried out.
 
The Ministry urges all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department through the following channels:
