On the sidelines of the Economic Tour in Miami
Minister of Economy and Commerce meets with e- Builder President and CEO
 
H.E Sheikh Ahmed bin Jassem bin Mohammed Al-Thani, Minister of Economy and Commerce, met on Monday, April 2, 2018, with Ron Antevy, President and CEO of e- Builder.  The meeting took place on the sidelines of the minister’s participation in the economic tour which kicked off in Miami.
Discussions touched on the prospects for joint cooperation across numerous fields as well as investment opportunities in Qatar. For his part, e- Builder President and CEO Ron Antevy discussed measures to promote joint investments in construction services.
 E-Builder is a leading US company specialized in providing e-solutions for the management of construction projects. One of its main products is e-Builder Enterprise, which contributes to improving the efficiency of project delivery in terms of cost and time.
The U.S is one of the most important Qatar’s trading partners with a volume of $6 billion and is the primary source for Qatari imports.  In 2017, 16% of Qatar’s imports came from U.S.
More than 658 American companies currently operating in Qatar of which 117 fully owned U.S companies while more than 5,000 Americans currently work with the private sector in Qatar.
