Under the patronage of His Excellency Sheikh Khalid bin Khalifa bin Abdulaziz Al-Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, His Excellency Mr Sultan bin Rashid Al-Khater, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, inaugurated the tenth edition of Cityscape Qatar 2022, taking place at the Doha Exhibition & Convention Centre (DECC), on June 20-22, 2022.

After the inauguration, His Excellency the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, toured the exhibition, viewing the various participating departments and pavilions, as well as the latest developments, services, and investment opportunities provided by participating companies and entities.

In this context, H.E. Mr Al-Khater stressed the importance of Cityscape Qatar 2022, pointing out that it represented an important platform showcasing the development witnessed by the real estate sector in Qatar, especially in light of the projected positive growth indicators of the national economy, and the recovery of real estate markets during the coming period.

The State’s interest in Cityscape reflects its belief in the pivotal role played by the real estate sector in supporting the diversity and competitiveness of the national economy, as well as in achieving the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, H.E. Mr Al-Khater said, pointing out that this event had become an important attraction for investors looking to diversify their investment portfolios.

H.E. Mr Al-Khater moreover expressed his aspiration that this event would achieve tangible results, consolidating Qatar’s position as an ideal destination for real estate investment in the region.

It is worth mentioning that Cityscape aims to shed light on the most prominent real estate projects across Qatar, as well as provide a platform for communication between residence buyers, investors, and specialists in the field of design and construction in the real estate sector.
