His Excellency Mr. Sultan bin Rashid Al Khater, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, met with Her Excellency Asila bint Salim Al Samsamia, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion of the Sultanate of Oman, during her visit to Qatar.

During the meeting, the officials touched on bilateral relations between the two countries in the commercial, industrial, and investment fields, as well as ways to enhance and develop them. The officials also discussed various aspects of joint cooperation between the two sides.

H.E. the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry highlighted the economic policies Qatar has put in place to support the private sector, and pointed to the incentives, legislations, and promising opportunities that encourage Omani companies to expand and invest in Qatar.
