Upon the decision by the Prime Minister, Miss Meera Bint Hamad Bin Abdullah Al Attiyah was appointed as Undersecretary for Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Business and Trade.
Al Attiyah has assumed several senior positions. She worked for the IT and communications sector during her tenure at the Supreme Council for Communications and Information Technology, and was assigned to the post of Director of Information Technology Department at the Ministry of Business and Trade, as well as Director of Registration and Commercial Licenses Department. She is also a member in several national committees in the business and investment sectors.
Mira Al Attiyah received BSc. Engineering from the Qatar University, Executive Diploma in Business Development from the University of Carnegie Mellon, and postgraduate degree in project management from George Washington University.
