HE Sheikh Jassim Bin Abdul Aziz Al- Thani, Minister of Business and Trade, held on Saturday morning, 21/04/2012, on the sidelines of UNCTAD XIII in Qatar National Convention Centre (QNCC), a number of meetings with high-level dignitaries.
HE met with each of His Excellency Mr. Abdul Nasser al-Hakim, Minister of Economy and Development in the Kingdom of the Netherlands, HE Mr. Moses Tangola, Minister of Trade in the Republic of Kenya, HE Dr. Supachai Panitchpakdi, UNCTAD Secretary-General, HE Ms. Hannah Zzouz, Minister of Trade and Industry of the Republic of Ghana, and Mr. Peter Barbak, Chairman of Nestlé.
HE Sheikh Jassim Bin Abdul Aziz Al Thani welcomed Their Excellences the guests and wished them a pleasant stay in Qatar, and success through their participation in the meetings of the UNCTAD XIII. During the meetings, they discussed matters of international trade and ways to encourage development and economic integration in developing countries, in addition to topics of common interest.
