The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with Almana & Partners, dealer of Siemens products in Qatar, has announced the recall of the Siemens Cooker and built-in hob FS Gas Cooker models of 2009-2011 and 2006-2011 because the gas connection, fitted to the affected appliances, can develop cracks or breaks in certain circumstances, which can lead to a gas leakage.
 
The recalled products include those with the following serial numbers:
 HG342500UHG322210PEC11053NE

The ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on products affected by defects and repair them.
 
The Ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works, and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
