Ministry of Economy and Commerce announces recall of Tommee Tippee Sippy Cups 2014-2016 models because bacteria may accumulate in the one-piece white valve if not properly cleaned

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce, in collaboration with TruCare, dealer of Tommee Tippee products in Qatar, has announced the recall of Tommee Tippee Sippy Cups models of 2014-2016 because bacteria may accumulate in the one-piece white valve if not properly cleaned.
 
The ministry said the recall campaign comes within the framework of its ongoing efforts to protect consumers and ensure that dealers follow up on product defects and repairs.
 
The ministry said that it will coordinate with the dealer to follow up on the maintenance and repair works and will communicate with customers to ensure that the necessary repairs are carried out.
 
The Ministry urges all customers to report any violations to its Consumer Protection and Anti-Commercial Fraud Department through the following channels:
