Ministry of Economy and Commerce unveils a series of initiatives to mark the holy month of Ramadan 1438 under the theme “#Aqal_Min_Al_Wajeb”

The Ministry of Economy and Commerce has unveiled a series of initiatives to mark the holy month of Ramadan 1438 Hijri under the theme “#Aqal_Min_Al_Wajeb,” the Arabic for “#the_least_we_can _do.”
 
These important initiatives come within the framework of the ministry’s keenness to assume its role towards society.
 
The initiatives cover all aspects of the ministry’s activities in terms of organization, partnership and support. These initiatives include sheep subsidies and price reductions on consumer goods in addition to the organization of a number of awareness programmes on various commercial and consumption topics.
 
The Ministry will also launch several new initiatives aimed at stimulating community partnership such as “Ataa,” the Arabic for “Giving” and the “National Product” initiatives.
 
The Ministry will also announce the initiative of price reductions on consumer goods as well as many initiatives related to the organization of markets and stimulating commercial sectors.
 
Intensified inspections campaigns will be conducted by the ministry before and throughout the holy month of Ramadan and Eid Al Fitr.
 
The ministry will disclose details of its initiatives during the holy month.
