H.E. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Qassim Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, met today with H.E. Mr. Luigi Di Maio, EU’s Special Representative for the Gulf Region, who is currently visiting Qatar. The meeting witnessed discussing the cooperation relations between Qatar and the EU in fields like commerce, investment, and industry, plans to improve such ties, in addition to discussing a number of topics of common interest. H.E. the Minister highlighted Qatar’s economic policies that proved successful in developing the private sector, emphasizing the incentives, legislations, and opportunities available in Qatar which aim to motivate investors, business owners, and entrepreneurs to invest in Qatar.
