His Excellency Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, took part in the seventh edition of the Export Capabilities Exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Iran Expo 2025). The event was inaugurated today in Tehran by H.E. Dr. Masoud Pezeshkian, President of the Islamic Republic of Iran, in the presence of ministers, officials, heads of chambers of commerce, and private-sector representatives from around the world.
After attending the opening session, H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed and his accompanying delegation toured several pavilions at the exhibition.
On the sidelines of the event, the Minister of State held bilateral meetings with H.E. Mr. Mohammad Atabak, Minister of Industry, Mines and Trade of the Islamic Republic of Iran, and H.E. Mr. Hossein Ali Amir, Governor of Fars Province. The discussions focused on topics of mutual interest and explored ways to strengthen bilateral cooperation in trade, investment, and industry.
The Export Capabilities Exhibition of the Islamic Republic of Iran (Iran Expo 2025) takes place in Tehran from 28 April to 2 May 2025, with the aim of enhancing economic and trade relations, attract investment, and develop export markets. The expo serves as a key platform for showcasing Iran’s capabilities and investment opportunities across economic, industrial, agricultural, tourism and other sectors.
