H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade Affairs, chaired the delegation of the State of Qatar participating in the Fifth Consultative Meeting of GCC Ministers of Commerce and Industry and Entrepreneurs, held on 29 October 2025 in the State of Kuwait. 

The meeting was attended by the Ministers of Commerce and Industry of the GCC member states, along with H.E. the Secretary-General of the Gulf Cooperation Council. 

Discussions focused on exchanging experiences and addressing the challenges facing entrepreneurship in the GCC countries, while also reviewing initiatives supporting small and medium-sized enterprises and fostering innovation and entrepreneurship regionwide.
