His Excellency Sheikh Faisal bin Thani bin Faisal Al Thani, Minister of Commerce and Industry, met on Saturday, 6 December 2025, with His Excellency Mr. Børge Brende, President and CEO of the World Economic Forum, on the sidelines of the Doha Forum 2025.

During the meeting, both sides discussed ways to strengthen cooperation between Qatar and the World Economic Forum and exchanged views on topics featured on the Forum’s agenda.

The meeting also reviewed Qatar’s efforts to develop its business environment, enhance the role of the private sector, and advance economic policies that support trade, industry and investment. Discussions highlighted Qatar’s commitment to sustainable economic development in line with Qatar National Vision 2030.
