About the service:

An online service that enables its users to download a form to report a person or a group of people’s malpractice of the provisions of article (3) and article (4) of law no. (19) of 2006 on competition protection and preventing monopolistic practices which prohibit the following practices:

  • Article (3): on prohibition of anti-competitive agreements and contracts. Anti-competitive agreement from a competition perspective is when competing companies coordinate their practice and behavior with intentions to violate competition rules and avoid intense competition.
  • Article (4): on prohibition of using a dominant position in the market. A dominant position is the ability of a person or a group of people working together to control the market by controlling prices or supply in a way their competitors can’t oppose.
