Seminar on “ The Partnership Between the Administrative Development Institute and the Government Agencies ”

A seminar on “ The Partnership Between the Administrative Development Institute and the Government Agencies ” started today morning, Sunday 25/9/2011, at the Ministry of Business and Trade by a number of officials from the Institute of Administrative Development.

The seminar organized by the Department of Human Resources in cooperation with the Public Relations and Communication Unit was attended by the managers of Units and Departments in the Ministry, in addition to the Heads of Departments and the Training Coordinators in the ministry.

This seminar provided consultation and exchange of views between the Institute and various Government Ministries on how to activate the Human Resources through various training programs provided by the Institute. It also aims to define the training activity and its impact on the institutional performance and helps spreading the awareness between the participants on the training programs.

The seminar dealt with four main fields, including :

– The importance of training
– The importance of training in the Human Resources Law
– Sections of the Training’s general plan
– Coordination and cooperation for building the Training’s general plan
– A shared vision on the development of the training course
 
The seminar included presentations and discussions by all the participants who focused on the training programs provided by the Institute and the possibility of proposing new programs in light with the needs of the ministry.
