In collaboration with the Public Administration Institute within the Ministry of Administrative Development Labour & Social Affairs, the Ministry of Economy and Commerce organized a training program to prepare second-grade employees for leadership and supervisory jobs where more than 50 employees undertaking leadership and supervisory jobs have participated.
The training program comes in line with the keenness of the Ministry of Economy and Commerce to rehabilitate and prepare second-grade employees undertaking leadership and supervisory jobs, and enhance their skills and knowledge for future leadership roles.
The training program addressed topics on the supervisory managerial skills,  how to prepare, organize and develop action plans, and the mechanism for evaluating the performance of staff as well as the communication skills to deal with subordinates and how to motivate them, time management skills and the mechanism for organizing meetings , and the provisions of the Human Resources Act.
