H.E. Dr. Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister of State for Foreign Trade, held a virtual meeting with H.E. Dr. Tan See Leng, Minister for Manpower and Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science and Technology at Singapore’s Ministry of Trade and Industry on Monday, 30 March 2026 .

The discussion addressed current regional and global developments and the economic and trade challenges arising from them, particularly those affecting global supply chains, alongside opportunities to enhance their resilience and sustainability in support of stable international trade flows.

Both sides also reviewed bilateral trade and investment ties between the State of Qatar and the Republic of Singapore, exploring avenues to further strengthen cooperation in line with the shared interests of the two countries.
