The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has launched a bulk product data upload feature for the “Add Products without a Customs Declaration” service, as part of its efforts to enhance digital services and facilitate product price registration procedures for companies, retail stores, and suppliers.
The feature aims to facilitate the registration of previously unregistered products, provide a flexible six-month processing period for product price registration, and enhance the efficiency of the digital services provided.
To benefit from the feature, users can visit the Ministry of Commerce and Industry’s official website at moci.gov.qa, select “E-Services,” then “Digital Platform Services,” and access the “Add Products without a Customs Declaration” service.
Conditions for benefiting from the feature include compliance with the undertaking related to product safety, adherence to applicable laws and regulations, and ensuring that products and their related data do not violate customs and traditions.
The Ministry of Commerce and Industry called on all companies and retail stores to benefit from the grace period and comply with the approved procedures, contributing to a more organized and business-friendly commercial environment that supports investment.
