Key Functions

  • Archive and classify files, communications and documents of the Minister’s office
  • Receive phone calls and communications addressed to the Minister, submit them to the Minister, then distribute them to the competent authorities to study in line with the Minister’s directions
  • Draft memos, correspondences and communications as requested by the Minister
  • Contact different parties to submit documents, files and data as requested by the Minister
  • Notify competent parties of the Minister’s approvals and directions and follow-up the procedures to ensure full implementation and compliance
  • Arrange the Minister’s meetings and interviews, permit attendance only to those who are allowed to attend, and note only minutes of what the Minister indicates to be noted
  • Perform all activities and any other tasks as the Minister may request
